At 27 of March the designer's pret a porter collection for A/W 2019 was introduced to the Athenian audience, at Athens Xclusive Designers Week, in Yiakarades Zappeiou. The runway, under the tall trees and the set of La Maison VZ definitely gave the show a french vibe. The show was also in memory of an old companion of the designer, and he chose to inclube some fashionable puppies in it, from Save A Greek Stray, to help them find a new home.
After a long time of preparation VZ, selected a palette of grey, red, blue, pink and black to conclude into his amazing designs. The accessories, that was made by Pericles Kondylatos gave a sense of feminity in contrast with fedora and capotain styles of hats that the models were wearing. The looks were telling the story that the modern woman can do everything. That she can be everything.
Another characteristic of the show was that in the second looks, that were total black, colourful shoes and gloves were completing the image, and were breaking through the not so monotony of the one colour designs. These were not the the simple little black dresses, they were and ode into chicness and class.
